Q: Can DocNow be used as a primary care physician?
A: No, but we can find one for you!

Q: What are the advantages of using DocNow Urgent Care?
A: There are several advantages:              
- Lower co-pay than an emergency room visit
- Shorter wait time than the emergency room
- Board certified physicians
- Two locations with holiday, weekend and extended hours
- No appointment necessary
- On-site labs, x-ray and EKG
- Follow-up provided to your primary care or referred physician

Q: What insurances does DocNow accept?
A: DocNow accepts most insurances. If you don’t have insurance, you can still be seen – at a fraction of the cost of an emergency room visit! We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash or check. Payment is expected at the time of service.

If your insurance plan is not listed here, call us and please let us know!

- We also treat/bill for auto accidents / workers compensation accidents with the proper claim information.

- Typically, co-pays are the same as an office visit. DocNow will verify your insurance status and co-pays.

- DocNow will bill your insurance company. If the charges are not completely covered, you will be sent a bill for the balance.

Q: What types of visits are appropriate for DocNow Urgent Care?
A: DocNow specializes in treating illnesses and minor emergencies such as: cough, cold, flu, fever, intestinal infections, sinusitis, urinary tract infections, rashes, allergic reactions as well as sprains, strains, cuts, bruises, fractures and lacerations
