Q: Can DocNow be used as a primary care physician?
A: No, but we can find one for you!

Q: What are the advantages of using DocNow Urgent Care?
A: There are several advantages:

- Two locations with holiday, weekend and extended hours
- No appointment necessary

Q: What insurances does DocNow accept?
A: DocNow accepts most insurances. If you don’t have insurance, you can still be seen – at a fraction of the cost of an emergency room visit! We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash or check. Payment is expected at the time of service.

- We also treat/bill for auto accidents / workers compensation accidents with the proper claim information.

- Typically, co-pays are the same as an office visit. DocNow will verify your insurance status and co-pays.

- DocNow will bill your insurance company. If the charges are not completely covered, you will be sent a bill for the balance.

Q: What types of visits are appropriate for DocNow Urgent Care?
A: DocNow specializes in treating illnesses and minor emergencies such as: cough, cold, flu, fever, intestinal infections, sinusitis, urinary tract infections, rashes, allergic reactions as well as sprains, strains, cuts, bruises, fractures and lacerations.
